PRINCIPAL`S MESSAGE

Dear School Community,

It is my pleasure to write to you in this edition of the newsletter. Today is the last day of Term One and I believe we have had great term. Since the last newsletter issue, we have organised a few whole school programs such as International Women’s Day, Harmony Day, and a New Parents Meet and Greet session, as well as last weekend’s hiking and picnic for parents. I would like to thank our staff who were involved in organising those wonderful events and all parents and community members for their active participation.

Taking this opportunity, I would like to bring these issues to your attention:

Drop off and Pick Up Times

The supervision at our campus starts at 8:30am in the mornings. Therefore, please drop off your child between 8:30am and 8:45am. If you have to drop your child early, then you need to contact Camp Australia and book a place for your child. This applies for after school pick-ups as well. The current dismissal time for all year levels is 3:35pm. If your child does not have a pastoral care program, then you need to pick up your child before 3:55pm, as our after-school supervision ends at this time.

The middle gate will be open from 8:30am to 8:45am in the mornings and 3:20pm to 3:50pm in the afternoons. All primary and secondary late comers need to sign in from the front office before proceeding to their classrooms.

Traffic Management on School Grounds

I ask all parents, guardians and drivers to obey all road safety rules on our school grounds.

Enrolment for 2022

We would like to finalise our foundation and other year level enrolments for 2022 by the end of Term 2, June 2021.

If you have a school-aged child and want to enrol to our school, please start the online application from our website at:

https://www.sirius.vic.edu.au/enrolment/enrolment-information/

The same online application is applied for other year levels. If you have a friend who is interested in our school, please advise him/her to go onto our website and click on either ‘Expression of Interest’ or ‘Application Form’. We are happy to contact interested families once one of these options are initiated. School tours are also available twice a term.

The interim reports will be available by next week. Thank you for your continuous support.

Happy holidays!

Yours faithfully,
Mr. Adem Engin
Campus Principal
